1.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be canceled by the customer before the order has been picked up for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not permitted.
• To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team via the  customer support number provided in the app.

1.2 Order Cancellation by ShopZe

• ShopZe reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfill the order due to reasons including, but not limited to, the unavailability of items, inaccurate information provided by the customer, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event that ShopZe cancels an order, the customer will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed.

2. Special Instructions

2.1 ShopZe will make reasonable efforts to comply with special instructions provided by the customer. However, we do not guarantee that all special instructions can be followed, and we will not be responsible for orders that do not conform to these special instructions.
